Abominable Snowman Campfire, Friday Evening

It had been one long, exciting and nerve wracking first day in Fandom. Even after experiencing quite a range of reactions to this place and stories he'd been told, Adam was really glad he had decided to come here.

He had finished unpacking and setting up, Adam was now relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. He was slightly nervous about the upcoming workshops, but hopefully by then, he'd know people that were taking the same ones he'd chosen.

Eve wasn't in Abominable Snowman, but she was wandering by their campfire. "Hey," she said with an easy-going smile to the young man sitting by the campfire.

See that, Fates? She was being good.

Adam looked and smiled shyly at the girl, who happened to be passing by. "Hey." Oh, he was really going to have to get over the whole suddenly turning very shy around females.

Aww, he was shy. How cute. And unfortunately for him, Eve found it rather attractive.

"I am." He nodded, smiling slightly. "You? I'm Adam, by the way."

"Cool." Adam smiled and nodded. "It's very nice to meet you, Eve." He meant it. "What do you think of Fandom, so far?" He was curious.

"I signed up for Build a Better Fighter, History in Action and the History of Witchcraft." Adam had thought to sign up for a fourth one, but three was enough for now. "You?"

"I decided that a change of scenery would be good for me. Plus, I wanted to try something new." He admitted. "What about you?"

"Had some people decide this place was a good idea, seeing as they want me to straighten out." She grinned and made a dramatic little bow -- well, as dramatic as could be when you were sitting. "Eve Levine, semi-reformed bad girl, at your service."

Adam smiled and raised an eyebrow. "Really? I don't see why they'd decided that." He chuckled. She was sweet, he couldn't tell why someone would want to straighten her out. "This place is quite... interesting, from what I've heard."

Eve snickered. "Trust me, my friend. You say that now, but let's see if you hold that opinion of me in a couple weeks, after you've gotten to know me."

She nodded in agreement at his second comment. "Yeah, same here. It's... not your typical high school."

He shook his head. "No, it definitely isn't. But, I think it'll be fun. Typical might be kind of boring, I don't know."
