It was a pretty nice day out so Molly decided to get some sun. Wearing her new bikini, she took a towel to lay out on the grass.

Molly opened her eyes and smiled up at John. "Hey, John! It is!"

"Mind if I join you?" he asked, gesturing at the grassy spot next to her.

"Nope! Come sit down."

John stripped off his shirt, and lay down on the grass next to Molly.

"So, I was a little disappointed you didn't bring any cheerleaders by to see me before making selections." He'd seen the posters announcing the new members.

"Yeah, sorry. There wasn't really a chance," she told him. "I did handwavey talk to Buffy about cheering for flag football. She said if we get it going, the cheerleaders will cheer for sure."

John grinned, "Cool! I hope we can get fun people to play."

"I'm sure we will," Molly told him with a nod. "We need to put up posters and a thing for people to sign up."

"Right, posters and sign up list," John made a mental note. "I should probably write up some rules, too. I'm betting a lot of people don't know what football is, let alone flag football."

"That's a really good idea," Molly said, nodding. "If you want to work on that, I'll make posters tomorrow."

"Excellent!" John said, imagining the posters. "The posters should mention that we need people who want to run, pass, catch, and/or play defense," he said, thinking about how the game worked.

"Let me write this down," Molly said. She hopped up and ran inside really quick, returning moments later with a notebook and pen. "Okay, run, pass, catch and/or play defense. Can I say that anyone who needs an explanation should come to the first meeting?"

John nodded, "Yeah, cuz explaining things in a poster's kinda hard. The first meeting can be like an info session so they can learn about how the sport works and see if they want to play."

Molly nodded and wrote more notes. "So, when do you want the first meeting to be?" She grinned at him. "That's even more important to tell people on the poster."

John sat up in his enthusiasm. "Right," he said. "I think Thursday would give people enough time to sign up, does that work for you, Molly?"

Molly nodded. "I have a class fifth period so I wouldn't be able to show up early, but you don't really need me there."

John pouted, "I do so need you there! You know everyone and understand how Fandom works. I don't even know if we have to get approval to start a sport."

"Oh! We should do that!" Molly said. "We don't really need to, but if we are going to be organized, we should at least get credit for it. We'll need to get a faculty advisor though."

John hadn't considered getting credit for fun. "Do you know any cool teachers?"

"We could ask John Crichton," Molly suggested. "He just graduated, but he's teaching a workshop right now and is really fun. I'm sure he'd say yes."

"Great! Have I told you how awesome you are?" John grinned at her.

"It was your idea!" Molly said. She tossed the notebook aside and hugged John. "This is going to be so much fun!"

John hugged her back and totally didn't cop a feel. "Well, I wouldn't have actually done anything about it without you!"

Molly who totally hadn't noticed sat back and giggled. "We are both awesome then!"
