Jackalope Campfire, Tuesday Evening

Handouts needed to be written!  Posters needed to be made!  John gathered the snack food and art supplies that he'd handwavily obtained after work, and carried it all out to the campfire.  Hopefully, people would stop by to help him, or just to pass the time while he worked.

Dawn dropped by Jackalope and stopped when she spotted John. "Hiya," she greeted, "Dean around?"

John looked up from his poster, "I haven't seen him. I'm John, by the way. I don't think we've met."

"Dawn," she leaned over in an attempt to read the poster upside down, "and nope. Nice to meet you. What're you doing?"

"Hey Boss-lady," Mel said with a wave at Dawn. "I'm ready to go to Scotland when you are."

Molly, now without goth make-up, came over with poster supplies of her own. "Hey, John. I got your message and I am here to get these done!"

"I'm glad you came!" John made space for Molly's supplies next to his. "I don't know if my posters are any good, but I should get points for colorfulness, right?" He held up his messy poster for her evaluation.

Adam was wandering about the campground and happened by the Jackalope Campfire. He took notice of all the stuff and smiled.

"Hey, need some help?" Adam wasn't sure what he was making posters for but he was more than willing to help.

John looked up from his work, "Sure! We're making posters for flag football." He showed the newcomer a sample. "I'm John, by the way."

Alec had free food radar and so was outside quite shortly. "Hey, John. Anything happen while I was gone?"

"Hey Alec! Nope, nothing interesting, really." John gestured to the random snacks by the fire, "Want some snacks?"

"Alec, you're back!" Dawn bounced up and went to hug him hello, "Did you see your dork of a best friend yet?"

Abigail wanted to check and see if Dean was doing okay after the whole "passing out in the woods" thing.

This would have been a lot easier if Alec wasn't sitting outside, leading her to stare and mentally double check that he was, in fact, not the double she was looking for.

"...My, don't you look busy..." Turtle said, looking around and heading for the cabin to take a nap and get some food before she headed in to get ready for radio.

"Hey, new kid. What are you doing?" Marco asked as he changed course away from his own cabin to come over.

John paused in his drawing and looked up, "Hey yourself. I'm making posters. What are you doing?"

Abigail thought about asking the guy with the art supplies if Dean was in, but then she got distracted looking at what he was making. "Hey," she said in greeting. "What's all this for?"

"Hey," John finished eating some chips. "It's for flag football. I'm John, by the way. I dunno if we've met properly."

Dean wandered out to the campfire, sitting down and grabbing some snack food. "Hey guys."

"Hey Dean, how's it going?" John called from his spot by the posters.

"You're upright!" Dawn greeted him.

"Hey, look at you, all conscious and standing," Abigail said, smirking.

"You," Alec said, frowning at Dean. "Passing out, Buffy carrying you to the clinic? These didn't seem important things to tell me?"

After doing a quick patrol of the woods and the cemetery, Mel made her way through the campgrounds and saw some familiar folk at the campfire.

"Hey gang. What's up?"

John didn't think he'd met this girl, so he waved and said, "Hey! I'm John, and I'm making posters for flag football." Then he realized he sounded like a total idiot.
