Fifth Floor Common Room, Tuesday Evening

Once again, there were appetising scents emanating from the fifth-floor common room. Ronan was in another cooking mood. This time, it was the rich and spicy scent of Mexican -- well, technically Tex-Mex -- food, grilling chicken, sweet chilies, and a dash of cumin, with sliced bell peppers and onions in another pan. Ronan was still chopping and preparing, but already on the counter was an array of tortillas, and various moddable toppings that people might wish to put on their fajitas.

"He's from Mexico, actually." He paused. "And Japan. ...It's complicated."

Ronan nodded. "It often is. Hopefully I'll meet him and he can tell me the story some time." He grinned. "What's his name, anyway?"

"Chad." He held his hand up above his head in an approximation of Chad's height. "About that tall. He's hard to miss if you see him."

Ronan considered that for a moment. "I think he's in one of my workshops," he said. "History in Action, I think. Maybe I'll say hi to him next time."
