Fifth floor common room, Friday afternoon (after workshops/music festival)

Warren had decided, in light of the phone calls he'd received and what he assumed was going on, that the only thing to do was the old "if you can't beat them, join them" thing and start prank calling people at random.

Of course, what was really going on just made it all even more random. . . .

Still, it wouldn't do any good if people couldn't see that he was being cool and hip and following the trend, so he was out in the common room while he did it, stretched out on the couch with his cellphone to his ear and the town directory on his lap.

Fun times, my friends, fun times.

Of course, while he was there, he got another voicemail, and that just needed a real reply. Seriously.

[ooc: post is open (with very small OCD)! An' if you want to be around to actually answer one of Warren's random phone calls, ping in in the thread to have ze conversation. . . . Whether he's left you a voicemail or not. Feel free to call him there, too . . . .]

Evie wandered in after the music festival, still out of sorts. "Oh, hello, Warren."

"Very bizarrely," she said, flopping down on the couch. "Did you get my phone message?"

"How odd." She frowned, then said, "Right, then. Don't let Wyatt or Chad into our room. They've been horribly horribly rude and absolutely awful, and I'm not speaking to either of them." She folded her arms and looked upset. "At least until they apologize!"

Zuko normally just ignored that whole telephone thing, but if he happened to be near it he might actually pick up. Maybe.

Zuko scowled at the telephone thing. Which didn't stop ringing. With a glare, he got up and stomped over to pick up the telephone.

"Zuko," he answered.

Phone! Ringing! Chad jumped on it like he would if it were Teddy walking through the door.

"Hello? Ted? Rikku? Jude?" Please?

There was a long pause.

"....So...not Ted, Rikku, or Jude?" Chad assumed. It might have been something Jude would say... "Jude? Dude?"

Okay, yeah, Chad was just confused now because Jude would have known what he was going to say next. "But I don't have any women. My man can turn into a woman, but he doesn't like it and I can sometimes, too, but..."

Some of the rest of him caught up with him. "NO EATING PRINCE OSCAR PEDRO! I just got him. My hairless pussy...cat is not for eating!"

Charlie was at the music festival, so she went off to the side to pick up her phone. "Hello?"

"The louge capital of the Western Hemisphere?" Charlie blinked. "I don't even remember signing up for a contest. Where is that?"

"Uh-hunh," Charlie said, skeptical. "Do I have to tour a condo somewhere to get this prize? Where am I going to be loug-ing?"
