Dawn was making herself dinner. Or, really, she was gathering dinner, since at this exact moment, it seemed to consist of potato chips, jelly beans, peanut butter, and some carrot sticks.

For the nutrition, of course.

Anyone who wanted to make something real would probably be very welcome.

Willow gasped and looked around. "Oh no! How'd she get here again? Wasn't that one weekend bad enough?"

"Just talking about you. Not any alternate crazy people who like to bite me or try to break my brain," Mel laughed. "Feels like I haven't talked to you in ages. Everything good with you?"

"Oh." Willow blushed. "I knew that. In which case yes, everything is okay with me. Particularly as I am not currently living a forced double lifestyle with corset girl. How about you? Need me to kick Zuko in the shin?"

"Um. I think we can hold off on any shin kicking in the near future," Mel said trying to hide a grin. "Things seem to be... well argumentative but in a good way."

Which is Mel's way of saying that they are back to their normal level of cute dysfunctionality.

"I'm trying to come up with practices for flag football," Willow said. "I feel there are areas in this field that have been ignored for far too long."
