Just because the birthday boy was a puppy certainly didn't mean the party would be called off. With Teddy's encouraging bark and happy hops around the room, Chad set up for the birthday party, complete with banner placed higher than most people could reach and copious amounts of pie. There was music playing, of course, and Chad's guitar on hand, too, and there were even party hats if anyone wanted one. Teddy totally got a party hat, and he couldn't even argue because he was a puppy, but he didn't look to happy about it. Prince Oscar Pedro lucked out; the hats were too big for his naked kitten head.

Now all that was needed was people to come wish the birthday...uhhh...pup a happy birthday.
