First floor lobby: Saturday morning

Jack had started the morning by taking himself for a run. A long run, out through the preserve, then down along the beach, through town and back to the dorms.

Clutching a bottle of water, he flopped onto the couch, feeling as close as he ever got to virtuous, happy to simply sprawl here, lazy and shirtless, contemplating the possibility of doing exactly nothing for the rest of the day.

Laughing, Jack tipped his head back against the couch. "You are," he said to her departing form. "You really are."

He still had zero inclination to move, so he figured he'd just sit here for awhile longer, then maybe go looking for Cedric.
