The Hallway Outside Room 420, Late Tuesday Night (9:30 onward)
Anne had a stack of books spread out on the blankets from her bed, which she'd arranged into a sort of impromptu bedroll on the floor just outside her room, and was seated primly in her nightgown, reading away.
It was a safe guess that she'd heard the announcement and reacted in a rather . . . spiteful manner. Her hair might have been back to normal by now, but it was still red -- and she still had the temperament that stereotypically went with red hair.
She had absolutely no intention of setting foot inside her room until morning.
[OOC: Impromptu campout, woo! Open for any other curfew-breakers who happen to be on the fourth floor. Or, you know, happen to wander this way.[

"Likewise," she answered, just the tiniest bit primly. "Anne Shirley -- and you are?"

She picked up the top book from her stack and ran her fingertips absently down the spine. "That Woman --" this with inexpressible amounts of scorn invested in the very clear capital letters -- "put a spell on me, or so Cedric says, to make my hair grow awfully thick and horrible. It's finally gone away, but I don't think that's acceptable behavior for a teacher at all, do you?"

"And my eyebrows," Anne said, freckles standing out on her cheeks as she paled with indignation. "All because I reminded her of someone she didn't like who had red hair. Ugh -- I wouldn't put castoff clothes I didn't like in a dresser that looked like That Woman!"
