The Dream Oath, Gym, Saturday Evening - SHOWTIME

Troy had spent the last couple of hours before the show running around like crazy. A.J. was still a puppy, so the tech people were practically on their own; there'd been a problem with the music, so he'd had to reburn the CD, which meant running back to his room; the only thing he wasn't worried about was the show itself, because he was supremely confident in his actors.

"Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to The Dream Oath. There will be a small array of refreshments provided at each of the two intermissions. Please, turn off your cellphones, refrain from talking, an most of all enjoy yourselves. We hope you enjoy the show."

[OOC: Up early for SP/timezones/etc. Actors/tech people, if you didn't receive an email from me already, ping me on AIM (hotceltogoth) or email me (hotceltogoth@gmail.com) and I'll A.J.-mun, as I am heading out now (several hours earlier than originally planned) for the evening, alas, and she'll forward you the information. Please wait for Massive OCD is up!

Still wearing his wee armor, but now with a blue cape added, Ralse strutted in in time with the march. He'd traded his sword for a baton which served in the place of a cane for his short dance.

"Prince Ralse! What business do you have here?" Maria stared him down, wondering what he was doing there.

"The business of the victor!" he crowed. "And to he, goes the spoils."

"And what exactly are the spoils?" Maria crossed her arms, raising an eyebrow. It was obvious she was angry. And she was slightly afraid what the answer might be.

"The kingdom, the palace...and the princess." Which led quite nicely into a Phantomesque song about the spoils of war, and the need to cement the new alliance.

Maria's eyes widened as she realized what this meant. "You killed Draco, didn't you?"

"War. It is friend only to the undertaker."

From his spot just behind the princess, The Chancellor's head lowered in silent homage for the dead.

This was not the outcome that he had expected and he could only think to damn the Fates and their fickle ways.
