Troy had spent the last couple of hours before the show running around like crazy. A.J. was still a puppy, so the tech people were practically on their own; there'd been a problem with the music, so he'd had to reburn the CD, which meant running back to his room; the only thing he wasn't worried about was the show itself, because he was supremely confident in his actors.

"Welcome, ladies and gentlemen, to The Dream Oath. There will be a small array of refreshments provided at each of the two intermissions. Please, turn off your cellphones, refrain from talking, an most of all enjoy yourselves. We hope you enjoy the show."

"Well I don't know if I want to let you near any whipped cream, but other than that..."

Annette blushed deeply, ducking her head. "I have no idea where that came from."

"Like I said, insane?" he teased.

Yes, she was still blushing, staring down at her shoes. "I know..."

"But you were also incredible." he told her.

"Thank you, Billy," she said, looking up at him and smiling.
