The stairwell between the second floor and the fifth: Saturday morning

Karal was trotting up the stairs again, the same as yesterday, the major difference being that he was in his own body. His journey had some urgency, as he remembered exactly where he'd gone to sleep - with Molly - which meant, presumably, that Jack had woken up with her.

This was not sitting well at all.

"There were some not unpleasant parts," he finally conceded. "Although your body seems to have a mind of its own!"

Jack smirked and didn't deny it. "And you're okay?"

"Yes, I am," he replied, realising it was true. "You were right, it was Fandom Weirdness and it did wear off."

"I usually am, and it usually does." With one last quick grin, he started down the stairs.

"Jack, wait, please," Karal called after him.

He stopped, one eyebrow raised in question.

"Thank you for keeping your word," he said earnestly.

Laughing, he shook his head. "You're welcome." As he disappeared down the stairs (http://vkandis-son.livejournal.com/21734.html?thread=283878#t283878), he called back, "And your friend Gavin is very cute."

Karal gaped after him. "Gavin?" Perhaps he could just stay here, and no one would ever find him. Except Molly was waiting, and that was worth risking a little embarrassment for. Smiling, he turned and kept trotting up the stairs (http://time-agent.livejournal.com/132391.html).
