In front of the dorms, Sunday afternoon

Mellow completely restored after his very successful trip to Toronto, Jude had spent most of Friday and Saturday, to no great surprise, sleeping.

Now, he was engaged in his other favourite pasttime. Or he would, if he could figure out what had happened to his axel after that fountain dive from the second floor of the mall over the dude in the panda suit.

He sat on the steps with his board across his lap, deep in concentration.

Rikku giggled. "I'm in training. I have an expert coach. But I'm kinda low on practice lately. Isn't that awful?"

"Well, I'm totally free for the afternoon if you wanna get some hardcore cuddling in."

"You are?" Rikku grinned. "Well, if it's gonna be hardcore snuggling, we probably shouldn't do it here. What would people say?"

Rikku blushed a little. "I, uh, I was hoping for an advanced course in Snuggling. One with ... less clothes?"

"Then it'd probably be more like 'Dude, who's the hot naked chick?'," he teased.

"Well then. Either I've gotta put a name tag on my back, or we should go to your room," she grinned, leaning up for a light kiss.

"You got pizza money? I'm broke." Jude tried to keep an arm around Rikku and scoop up his board at the same time.

"I always have pizza money," Rikku giggled. "I totally don't want you going broke 'cause of ... uh. Me. Us."

"I am so glad Mikey-bro is so laidback about this stuff," Jude said happily.

"I feel bad it's always your room," she said nervously. "But, uh, I can't imagine ... asking Hermione, yeah?"

"Yeah," Jude considered. "That . . . totally wouldn't work."

Rikku shivered. "I know. Yeah. Uh. So ... lemme split the pizza costs, yeah? It's only fair."

"I'm a totally modern-type dude," Jude said mellowly. "That's okay by me." He squeezed her slightly.

Rikku giggled. "Besides, I'm the one with the pimp hat. Okay, not really. I need to get one. I think I would rock the heck out of a pimp hat."

Jude chuckled. "Okay, I totally know what I'm getting you for our next anniversary."

"Does that make you my ho?" Rikku grinned. "And you will? You mean it? Something really tacky and bright with a feather on it, oh man, that would rule."

"Have I mentioned lately how awesome you are?" Jude pondered mellowly.

Rikku blushed, and leaned over for a quick kiss. "'Cause I want a pimp hat, or 'cause I called you my ho?"

"Both," he said after another long moment of consideration.

Rikku giggled. "I don't know what a good 'ho' gift is. I mean, if you get me the pimp-hat, what should I get you?"

She blushed again, nuzzling his nose. "I don't think I want you being a ho, though. 'Cause that means other people could borrow you, and I'd have to follow you around beating the crap out of them."

Rikku leaned in for a lingering kiss. "Maybe I retire from pimping. Do I get to keep the hat? Please say I keep the hat."

"I think that's in the benefits package," he chuckled against her lips before kissing her again.

She giggled. "What's in your benefits package, then? If you're retiring and all, too. I mean, I hope you are. You're not gonna find yourself another pimp, are you?"
