Fourth floor common room: Monday morning

Karal had been up since before dawn (but not Dawn, he had no idea when she got up), and now he was relaxing in the common room with a cup of tea, some toast, and a number of books piled on the table in front of him. He also had a notebook, in which he was diligently writing.

Yes, he was preparing for his first class. Yes, he was happy classes were starting again. Yes, he might be a little strange.

Altra was draped over the back of the couch, watching Animal Planet. A special on big cats, to be precise. He didn't look impressed.

"You are welcome, Sulley, for both," he said, reaching for his pen again. "I hope your day goes well, and your bed arrives soon."

"Me too." He rubbed his neck. "It's cramped in the closet." Sulley quickly washed up all of his stuff and gave the two a wave. "See you later."
