4th Floor Common Room: Saturday Morning (all morning)

Claire woke early by default, even after a long party, but she was thoughtful enough to quit her room as soon as she did, leaving the roomie to sleep.

Still in pyjamas and a big fluffy dressing gown, she curled up on the couch with cereal and chocolate milk, and switched the TV on to AMSF

It was the recent one with the really bad theme tune, but Claire wasn't that fussy.

Cassandra just got up herself. She slept in this morning, a whole five hours of sleep, so she was feeling well-rested. While her room is on the second floor, she wandered from floor to floor looking for some really, really sugary cereal.

The fourth floor turned out to be the place for that, apparently.

Which explained why she wandered into the common room with an open box of cereal and a big glass of milk. She was a bit surprised to find anyone else there. Didn't most people sleep in on Saturday?

Karal was up early, had actually been up for awhile and down to the stables to care for Trenor.

He was only in the common room for a cup of tea, but he'd glanced at the television and now he was just sort of staring in bemusement. "Good morning," he said absently as he continued to stare.

Cassandra offered a slight grin and a wave. This involved an impressive display of dexterity as she juggled her "breakfast" to free up a hand.

"I have never seen them before." Because that wasn't totally obvious, given he really couldn't look away. "They seem to resemble moving comic books."

"Cassandra," she nodded.

"It's different..." Her tone suggests that, in this case at least, different is definitely good.

"Much less sense," he agreed, chuckling as some particularly improbable scene played across the screen. With an effort he tore his attention away and smiled at her. "Are you well this morning, Claire?"

"At the gathering on the roof?" he guessed as he made his way into the kitchen to continue his quest for tea.

"Um..." she frowned, thinking. "More... laughing." Less fighting too, but that opened the door to a bit too much personal history.

The quest for tea was easily fulfilled, what with the tea pot and the tea and the kettle, which he filled and plugged in.

"I prefer less people," he admitted, looking a touch uncomfortable. "And dancing and I are not well acquainted, not even when someone else is in my body. Would you care for tea?"

Cassandra considered that, then nodded slowly. "I think it might be."

Slightly pink, he got out a second mug. "Yes, and glory, it was odd! They warned me about Fandom Weirdness, but I never expected to wake up in another person's body, or for them to wake up in mine, but that is what happened."

It was good that someone was in charge since Cassandra wasn't really sure how to carry out a conversation herself. "I moved a lot. I was just sort of wandering from place to place when I got here," she shrugged.
