Eight o'clock on a Wednesday night. There was only once place to be. Isabel was curled up on the couch with popcorn, ready to watch America's Next Top Model. There was extra popcorn for throwing at the screen.

Peter looked into the room. "Tell me I didn't miss the makeovers."

"You're just in time," Isabel laughed. "It's sad how much I'm looking forward to this. I heard a rumor someone winds up bald."

Peter took a seat. "I heard that too. Maybe they'll get the girl with the bad weave. They'd be doing her a favor."

"Oh definitely," she agreed, watching as Tyra started the reveals. "Hmm, she's getting a weave."

Peter pointed at one of the models. "She's going to get the Mia Farrow haircut, just watch."

Summer was bored, so she went in search of people. At least she didn't have to go too far from her own floor. "Ooh, America's Next Top Model! Awesome."

"And it's makeover night!" Isabel grinned. "Grab a seat and see who cries first."

Summer took a seat and glanced at the tv. "I always look forward to people crying on makeover night."

"Well sometimes the makeovers are a bit over the top," she agreed, offering Summer some popcorn. "But tonight they all seem pretty decent."

Hoshi wasn't really into ANTM, but she decided to check it out in the name of studying for her class with Ares.

"Hi Hoshi," Isabel waved. "What's up?"

"Not a whole lot," said Hoshi. "I'm trying to avoid working on a letter to my parents, so here I am."

"You have found a wonder way to kill time," she nodded, waving at the tv. "Reality TV is an excellent avoidance technique."

Ronan had wandered down a floor this evening, finding his way to the fourth floor common room. "Hey, Izzy," he said, as he stepped in. "What are we watching?"

"Reality TV," she explained. "It's America's Next Top Model. Cheesy but incredibly mockable. Grab a seat. You'll love it."

"... I'm almost afraid to ask," he said, but he sat down beside Izzy. "What are they actually competing for?"

"A modeling contract for Cover Girl cosmetics and I think a magazine spread," Isabel said. "Tyra Banks is the host slash judge slash final voice on fierceness."

Adam wandered into the common room, wondering what exactly was on the television.

Isabel waved, "Hey Adam. We're killing our brain cells with reality TV. Want to join us?"

"Hey Isabel," Adam waved back and shrugged. "Sure, why not? What are we watching?"

"Reality TV at it's finest," she explained. "America's Next Top Model."

"Ah-ha!" Turtle announced with an air of victory as she bounced into the common room and plopped on a couch. "I knew I'd find it somewhere."

"It's so crazy addictive," Turtle grinned, "and, clearly, you know it, because you're watching it to, missy."

"I'm not denying it," she replied, holding out the bowl of popcorn. "And after this it's Kitchen Nightmares! Wednesday night is just an orgy of mindless entertainment."
