Willow had her blue cap on, her computer, and her clipboard. It was not flag football practice without a clipboard. If that wasn't actually in the rules, Willow felt rather strongly that it should be.

"Hi everybody!" Willow said with a cheerful wave. "Welcome to today's flag football practice. Especially members of the blue team and especially certain members of the blue team who I'm not going to single out right now but suffice it to say that said blue teamer's name has a happy face next to it on my roster. Possibly little hearts too but that is neither here nor there nor in the middle. Never forget the middle. It counts on being forgotten and that's how it gets you. Trust me.

"Okay, so for today's practice I thought it would be fun if we kept things in a positive light - or positive darkness, if that's your illumination preference - and went over a key part of the game which is scoring touchdowns. Specifically what you do immediately after, which is a little victory dance of happy touchdowning joy.

"Sure, some may say that touchdown dances are easy, but they are a fine art unto themselves. Too short and nobody knows you're doing them. Too long and you come off as kind of smug and jerky. And then there's the issue of whether you do actual dance moves or make it up as you go. As for the latter, I'm open to you trying either but when making up your own dances please name them something other than the dirty bird because we'd like for this to be considered a family-friendly football game. 'nuff said."

Speech done, Willow clapped her hands and gave a happy bounce. "Okay, go practice! YAY TEAMS!"

Because you don't want to cramp while dancing. Or while doing anything else, frankly.

Jim seemed to have a little extra energy as he ran laps to warm up. It was a good day for a workout.

Andros started warming up.

Sokka stretched, did some traditional Water Tribe warm-up exercises, and then ran a few laps.

Evie stretched, then jogged around the track, happy that today's practice isn't too demanding.

Adam warmed up, stretching and jogging for a bit.

Warming up! Important! Which is why Chad is doing it.

Extra points to anyone who gets a group electric slide going.

Jim grabbed a football with both hands and bounced it around like it was jiggling.

He called it The Jello Mold.

Sokka did a complicated mix of whooping and hollering, flailing spastically, waving his hands in the air, gyrating, and pounding on his chest.

He called it "The Awesome".

Evie ended up giggling quite a bit at this, and putting her hands over her face. "Ahem."

Sokka looked over at Evie, dismayed. "What???"

"Nothing! Nothing! It's a very... joyful. Dance," Evie said hastily, still trying not to giggle still more. "And victorious! Although perhaps a bit... long?"

Adam grabbed a football and tossed it around, all for pairing up if someone wanted to.

They may be talked to, once they ping in.

Willow was around and happy to chat. ~~Though her mun would be afk for a few hours during dinnertime~~

There was a Sheppard ready to talk.

Watch. Cheer. Bop along in your seat if the rhythm happens to get you.

Pam came to watch the practice. Not that she found it particularly interesting or anything, which was why she brought her sketchbook, but she didn't have much else to do.

And if she kept watching a certain member of the team, well, that might be why she came at all.

Jim found some time to take another lap. He gave a small wave as he jogged past Pam.

Pam grinned and waved back.

Andrew had nothing else to do, so he stopped in to ogle some players.

Also the Falcons SUCK. That'd be another problem with that dance.
