The Salle, Saturday

Cassndra hadn't spent much time in the salle, really. It had always seemed too... public somehow (despite the fact that she sometimes practiced on the roof or the lawn, both fairly public places). But she'd been feeling restless lately and... public might well be good. If she were lucky someone might show up she could spar with.

Until and unless that happened she planned to simply go through her morning routine.

[ooc: Open and stuff!]

Jack was worried about the state of his guns, Lefty and Righty. So he decided to get in some workout time, do some running, some jumping jacks or something in the salle.

He waved slightly and stepped off to the side, just watching, not interrupting.

"Hi," he returned, waving.

Yes, he was waving at a girl who wasn't facing him. "What was that?"

"That's all the kung fu stuff?" he said, striking a kung fu pose. Which was horribly off and laughable if it wasn't so darn serious.

"You're pretty good at it. I've done some boxing and wrestling and stuff, but not the kung fu." He smiled. "You fight other people like that?"

Anemone had no idea what she was going to do in the salle as she padded into the room, but she was bored, and possibly curious as to how much of her aerial gymnastics she could transfer from LFO maneuvering to working as herself.

Anemone would be the last person to interrupt someone mid-fight, even if it was only with yourself.

She quietly began moving through some of her more basic exercises in slow motion, wincing at how out of shape she was. Dewey would have shot her for getting so sloppy.

"Hey yourself." she said, looking up from her stretches. "Having fun?"

"Translation," she said simply. "I'm used to being taller. Stronger. Not needing to deal with gravity. I need to re-learn how to move as now-me, instead of what I was."

Anemone saw the confusion and giggled slightly. "I used to be merged with a giant robot," she said dryly, "I am obviously no longer a giant robot."

"Maybe." Anemone tilted her head to watch the other girl before grinning, hand flashing out to try and tap her on the shoulder. "Tag, you're it."

It's practice time! stupid error messages and things not getting posted In came Billy with his sword, ready to hack imaginary foes to festive holiday ribbons. Hikeeba!

Billy smiled when he saw her, and nodded as well. "Good practice?"

"Excellent. After I warm up, do you want to spar maybe?"

as a side note, Billy is attracted to her, but guessing that might make her uncomfortable is trying to hide it.

"Hmm, let's say weapons since we're in the Salle. Do you have a favorite one?"
