The tree was looking smug today, as far as pine needles and greenery can communicate smugness.

The presents which has been left beneath it were all still there, safe as could be, despite the attempts of a certain green marauder to steal them.

In celebration, the tree had gifts of its own, for one and all, in the form of tiny wee pine trees in teeny tiny pots, each with a shiny red bow tied around the trunk.

[ooc: Wee bonsai trees for all! Terribly sorry for the confusion with the comment screening. The ones that were left have been added, and you can still ping into this post with presents.

Jack made a little "aww!" sound as he took one of the tiny gift trees, and looked around to make sure no one heard him. Tree!

Ino stopped by, in the evening, just to see how the tree was doing. She was delighted by the little gift trees and fussed with hers excitedly.

Anemone was very proud of the present she put under the tree for Cassandra, complete with hand-made wrapping paper. Wrapping paper that showed two stick figures, one with long pink hair and one with black hair, chasing each other around the box. There was even a big pink bow on it. Not very Christmas-ish, but Anemone was proud of it anyway.
