4th floor common room, Sunday early evening

Amber was feeling restless so she put on her tap shoes and headed down the hallway to the common room, ready to make some use out of it. Seeing no one around, she put on some music and began warming up by doing a few leg and arm stretches.

After that? She started tap dancing to her hearts content, loving every single minute of it.

"Oh." Amber deflated slightly, but perked up again. "You must see the most interesting places."

"Oh, yeah, it's great," Frank answered. Especially the parts where he got lost of money he didn't have to work for. "And I speak French, and that really gives me a leg up in Europe." He shrugged, as if in self-depreciation. "Probably not as exciting as being famous, though."

"I'm not ... very famous," she said, in a failed attempt at false modesty. "Just thrilled to be a part of the show. And French is such an exquisite language, isn't it?"

"Oui," Frank answered, happy to be back on the safer ground of flirtation. "Vous etes tres belle, ma cherie."

Amber laughed, fussing a little with her hair. Partly to cover that she herself didn't know any French. "I bet you say that to all the girls."

"Only the prettiest ones," Frank told her, blue eyes shining with sincerity. "Your hair must take hours."

"Oh, well. One must look one's best." That wasn't a 'no.' "Some people take no care of their appearance at all. I can't imagine."
