Second Floor Common Room, Monday Evening

Andrew was fixing some fine food: tomato soup and grilled cheese. An American classic. There was a fairly large pot of the soup, and he had enough bread and cheese to share if anyone else was hungry.

There was also some groovy Latin jazz playing, and he was dancing about the kitchen, head bobbing and hips swaying -- sometimes in time with the music. Life was good.

"Well, if you *insist*," Bridge says, wandering over to the kitchen area.

"I thought you looked pretty happy," Bridge says, clearly pleased at this news. "Any particular reason why?"

"In Inventiontronics class with us?" Bridge asks because introductions are only just happening in another thread.

Which is good, because Bridge is of the opinion that there's absolutely nothing wrong with being in a state of smitten-ness.

"That's *awesome*!" Bridge bounces. "And he knows? And feels the same? Have you been on a date yet?"

"Snuggling and talking? I totally approve. Not that you need my approval or anything, just that those are very enjoyable things and I'm glad you've found someone to do them with." Bridge babbles.

"Uh, none of the above?" Bridge says. "It's more... I'm psychic, actually. I'm just... not very good at controlling it. But when I have these on it blocks most of the stuff I'd pick up normally. Which is good because I don't want people to think I'm like, eavesdropping in their heads or anything. Because I'm not!"

"Trust me, after a while you wouldn't *want* to hear half the stuff that goes on in people's minds," Bridge says with a nod.
