"Classic!"

"New Adventures!"

"I prefer Lightning Bug."

"You're just obsessed with anything Joss."

"No, it's because Galaxy Quest sucks."

And any minute now they could come to blows.

Sokka facepalmed. "No, no, no. See, now's the point where you either blush and get all embarrassed, or else you take the whole 'kinky' thing and run with it. Now, imagine a bunch of Jamies Jell-o wrestling, and we'll take this from the top. Ready? 'Ooooh, kinky!'"

Triela took a moment to try to blush, but couldn't pull it off. So she went with option two. "Um... oh that's hot?"

"Wow, that's some serious repression going on." Sokka sighed sympathetically.

"Give it time. This IS Fandom. Soon you, too, can learn how to be human."

"It's not my fault I don't have any terrible role models back at the Agency," she complained.

"Ahhhh," Sokka replied, "But you have PLENTY of terrible role models right here!"

"So I'm beginning to notice," she agreed with a grin.

"I've discovered getting drunk helps," Sokka informed her. "I've drunk more in the past week than I have in the entire rest of my life, and I must say, the week's been pretty good to me."

Triela laughed and shook her head. "I can't, actually."

"No, it's okay," Sokka told her. "They don't card here."

"It's not that," she shook her head again and grinned. "I'm not supposed to have alcohol."

Sokka stared. "You're... allergic, or something?"

"That's not too far off. Most drugs interact badly with the stuff I'm on."

"I'm not... precisely. It just takes a lot to keep all the parts that aren't mine working." She held out her arm to demonstrate. It looked pretty much like arms were supposed to.

"It's cybernetic," Triela told him. "Most of me is, in fact."

"That's... a new reaction," Triela laughed. "But, yeah, I am."

"Do you have super powers?" Sokka asked, excited. "Can you shoot lasers from your fist?"

"I think they're still working on that option," she rolled her eyes. "I am stronger and faster than most people though. Tougher too."

"I thought," Triela snorted in amusement, "That all the guns would be intimidating enough."

Sokka thought about it. "You know, you're probably right."

"Good. I'd hate to think I was losing my touch. I am, after all, incredibly intimidating." Said the tall and too-skinny blond girl.
