Cheerleading, Tuesday After Classes

Savannah got things set up early for practice. She pulled out all of the mats and the bleachers, and then set out the refreshments as well as the sign-in sheet.

There were a lot of things to discuss today, and she set her folders down on the table.

While she was waiting for the rest of the squad to show up, she turned on the music and started warming up with flips and jumps and any other move that popped into her mind.

Lana was still working on getting back into shape after two years away. She really needed to start running in the mornings again.
