In between bites from a giant sized bowl of Chocolate Frosted Sugar Bombs, Ron would be seen smashing the keypad of the remote in an effort to find something decent to watch.

Eventually he settled on the BBC and watched in horror as two British women attempted to clean what had to be the most disgustingly dirty house he had ever seen.

"Bloody hell. That's actually someone's carpet?"

Perhaps eating food while watching this show was a bad idea.

"It beats studying," Ron said after gulping down his bite of food. "And it's called a TV."

"It is, though, a box," she noted, still cheerful. "No matter what else you call it. And box is easier to remember. What have you to study that you're avoiding?"

"Nothing really at the moment. It's summer workshop stuff," He said looking out the window. "Not that I ever study. And really with all the snow it's not really summer at the moment."

"So you're avoiding studying that you don't have anyway, and summer is not summer because of the weather?"

Viki was... confused. This was a rather regular state for her.

Ron mused on that for a second before nodding and taking another bite of cereal. "Yeah, that seems about right."

"Okay," she chirped. "I'm Viki, and are you at least having fun avoiding work that you don't have?"

"Fun with avoidance is practically my calling," Ron agreed. "And I'm Ron. Nice to meet you."

"Nice to meet you too! Your calling?" Viki beamed. "I'm a teleportation specialist for mine."

"Wizard in training," Ron said with a shrug. "Not that I'm doing that alot here."

She clapped her hands together delightedly. "A wizard!"

Ron gave her a wary look. "That's worthy of applause?"

"Wizards brought the icebergs!" she said excitedly. "And if you're in training you'll do that too one day!"

"Icebergs?" Ron said looking out the window. "I've got nothing to do with those."

Viki beamed at him again. "No, but you'll be able to when you're not in training anymore, right?"

"Um. Maybe," Ron replied. "Is that what your wizards do in your world?"

She considered that. "It really depends on what their speciality is."

"Oh," Ron said with a shrug. "Don't have a specialty myself. What kind do they have where you are?"

"There's things like water, fire, earth, wind," she said brightly. "Lightning, and such."
