Adorable Panda Campfire, Tuesday Evening

Hoping that everyone getting lost meant people wouldn't be around to witness it, John gathered up the things Reno had requested he use while pretending to be bit by a gremlin and headed out to his own campfire.

While it had been tons of fun watching Reno do his part, that didn't make John less of an idiot for going along with his own assigned destiny. He mounted his newly acquired pogo stick, spinner-style beanie resting jauntily atop his head, and proceeded to bounce around the lit campfire.

The real trouble started when John popped open the can of Easy Cheese, sprayed it into his mouth...and promptly turned into a bunny.

Which meant there was an excessively fluffy, angry, Easy Cheese-covered bunny laying on top of a pile of clothes and a pogo stick.

[I don't know, okay? But it's SO OPEN. Just be aware: he's been known to bite]

Lois had left her own cabin intending to make s'mores at her own campfire. Instead she ended up here, staring at a very fluffy bunny.

"Did someone lose a cheese-covered bunny?" Lois called out.

The bunny that was John shook himself, making the fur that was plastered to his bunny head wiggle. Then he hopped toward Lois with a face that he thought said 'Please hide me from the girl with barrettes,' but more than likely just looked like any other scared bunny.

"Aww," Lois crouched down to get a better look at the bunny. "You're cute...in a cheesy sort of way. That hair is pretty ridiculous though."

Yes, Lois Lane criticized the hair do's of poor, innocent animals.

John's normal hair was ridiculous, not that he'd ever admit it. Stopping in front of her, the bunny blinked and tried to paw at its wee little bunny eyes. He hated that he could barely see like this.

Dojima hopped far ahead of Romeo on their walk back from town, and was delighted to find another bunny. She bounced around him quavering in joy.

Ohaiyo! She liked his fur! Did he like to play? Was there food? Was the orange stuff food?

Unfortunately for John, the girl with barrettes had to come back to her own cabin after ice cream with Karal. And it probably wouldn't make him feel any better that as soon as she spotted him, she was trying not to laugh.

Taking the cats for a walk-- yes, a walk. They liked exercise just as much as any animal-- Teddy paused again too look at the rabbit at the campsite. "Is everyone an animal?"

Galliano and Oscar Pedro were both VERY curious about the orange covered ball of hair.

John was Not Pleased. Why was she so happy bounding around? This had better not be a real bunny trying to mate with him.

And of course it was food, it was cheese from that can right there. If she jumped on it, it would even spray.

That was quite possibly the cutest thing Lois had ever seen. She reached out in an attempt hold back the bunny's hair from it's eyes. "Somebody should really clip up your hair or something. Where are all the girly girls at when you need them?"

No, she was not allowed to laugh. His ears flattened down in warning. Did she not remember how he'd headbutted and bit her for that before? He'd do it again. Just as soon as she cleaned off the icky cheese, please. Tiny bunny eyes blinked up at her.

Teddy certainly wasn't an animal, though John figured if he gave it time he'd be a dog again. These things tended to just happen in Fandom.

And Oscar Pedro? Even scarier from this point of view. John backed away slowly, flattening his furry ears.

Oh the clips. John sat up on his back legs, trying to smack at her hand in a 'NO' sort of move. Unfortunately, he'd forgotten how short his arms were and he fell backwards in a mess of bunny fluff.

"What did you do to yourself?" she asked, bending to pick him up. Lucky for her she didn't mind the possibility of getting Easy Cheese on herself.

...that wasn't something Teddy was thinking about now. Especially without Chad around to make sure he didn't starve or something.

Instead he sat down to watch the cats to make sure they didn't do anything to the poor rabbit.

Oscar Pedro was sniffling at the orange stuff for a moment before being rudely interrupted by Galliano who was bold enough to decide it was edible. And that the rabbit needed a bath.

"Awwww!" Lois drawled out. She was glad that no one was around to hear her be so girly. Wait a second...

"Are you a person?" she asked. "Hop twice for yes."

Ew, mate with him? Being a bunny was weird enough, thank you, and she had a boyfriend, even if he was inconveniently human-shaped. She just liked hopping! (Yurika had very expressive features, for a rabbit.)

She hopped onto the cheese can and sprayed more cheese into the air, then jumped around to lick it up, making a face.

Rabbits, it turned out, did not like spray cheese.

Letting her pick him up, he made sure to smear the cheese on her as much as possible. It hadn't been his fault, really. He blamed Reno entirely. All the evidence of insanity should tell her as much.

Hating to admit it, John struggled to get back to his bunny feet, powder puff tail waggling in her face.

And then he hopped twice, fluffy ears downcast.

Jaina looked down at him and warned, "If you're doing that on purpose, I'll remind you that I do still have the barrettes and you're still very fluffy."

John chutted in dismay, hopping back to stay out of the stream of the cheese.

Of course, seeing her eating the spray cheese he wiggled his rump in amusement. It didn't taste very good when he was a human, either!

Making little bunny sounds of concern, John hopped away from Galliano, not wanting a bath via cat tongue. He sought haven closer to Teddy.

She backed away from the cheese, then wiggled her rump in return. At least her fur was less silly than his was.

Hey, was he normally a person, too?

Lois sighed. "That's unfortunate. You've heard me squeal like a dork. Now I have to kill you and turn you into a stew or something. Good thing you're covered in cheese already."

She was kidding, of course. Bunny probably tasted gross.

What she said was true and struggling hadn't worked the last time so she might feel his little bunny body slump in her arms all defeated.

Flopping over onto his side and watching the bunny hop away, Galliano's tail flicked back and forth dangerously.

A pounce wasn't far away now.

Teddy held out his hand to the poor rabbit. "Galliano, don't."
