After Classes, The Gym -- Cheerleading Practice

Savannah was cheerful as she pulled out mats and set up the tables for practice.

There were new squad members and plans to make and everything!

She set up a table of refreshments and the sign in sheet -- and then went to set up another table, as well.

What was she doing with it?

Practicing her backflips from the top of it onto the mats.

"It didn't seem like it would've been the greatest idea right then," Angela agreed.

"No lasting effects from it all or anything, are there?" she asked.

Ella shook her head. "I'm embarrassed and I owe a few people money, that's about it. The island must have felt merciful."

There was also the sleeping-with-Dick thing, but she wasn't telling anybody about that.

"I think there's a general feeling of embarrassment going around," Angela said with a reassuring smile. "So, at least you know you aren't alone?"

"I'm not alone, I'm healthy, and somehow I'm a cheerleader," Ella agreed sunnily. "And if anyone asks about it, I'll look away and change the subject."

Angela laughed and shook her head. "Not unless you want to for some reason," she replied. "Seems a little ironic considering we're in practice, though."
