Despite being more bundled up than should be strictly necessary when indoors, Teddy was very excited about the first meeting of the new year.

"Hey, guys! I know it's really cold, so we don't have to stick around too long today. Just say hi to any new members we might have and... you know, take a calender."

"Seriously." Gavin blew warmth into his hands again. "I'm going to sleep under eight blankets tonight."

"No, but I might buy eight just so I don't wake up frozen," Gavin said.

Ben scoffed. "I'm a trained interrogator," he explained.

Or he'd seen a lot of interrogations. In his mind, it was pretty much the same thing.
