The Gym - After Classes - Cheerleading Practice!

Joan got to the gym early and pulled out the mats. She found some old school 80s music to blast to get everyone all warmed up.

Angela hadn't had to be out and about today, so she was still feeling pretty lazy when she got to practice in the afternoon.

She was sat down on the mats, stretching her arms out on the floor behind her back.

Today was Hannibal's busy day so he did some actual warming up and jogging in place so he'd stay awake.

No need to fall asleep during classes or clubs.

It was the day of clubs for John, so there was lots of warming up to be done.

After spending most of the day sitting in the library, running around to get warmed up felt really good.

Chad was stretching, of course. Always important!

Brooke was feeling good and dressed warmly but nicely when she got down there. No sweats for her, are you kidding? It kind of made stretching more comfy.

Kaylee was doing her very best to warm up and stretch today.

And in Kaylee-speak, that meant stretching a little and then braiding her hair because it looked prettier that way.

It was hard being a coach. Okay, it really wasn't. Ronon got to hang out on the sidelines and listen to conversations. Life was going okay.
