The roof - Wednesday after classes

Slowly but surely, Chuck was going crazy. It had been three days since he last...you know. Three. Days. This was a guy who had fun with himself at least twice a day. Going out with Sam last night had been a nice distraction (jail was pretty good at distracting you) but it didn't last long.

He couldn't stay in his room since there was porn in there, he couldn't hang out in the common room since there was people in there, he couldn't go visit the rooms he normally visited because he slept with most of his friends and it was too early for the bar to be open. So he went for the old standby and decided to get high on the roof. At least up here it was somewhat private.

He might very well die if this lasts much longer.

"As if there were a god that was good enough for me," Chuck said smugly. He paused. "Do you have a reason for being up here or did you just want to talk theology with me?"

"So touchy," Chuck said. "Not getting laid or something?"

Dean, contrary to what some people may think, actually went a few days without sex every now and then so hadn't actually run into any... difficulties. Yet.

"I'm doing just fine," he said. "Maybe I should ask you that. I mean if you're taking my brother out instead of someone who can actually get lucky with..."

"Please, as if I'd actually want to nail your brother," Chuck said, rolling his eyes. "He'd get too clingy and then I'd have to break his poor heart."

"Instead you just take him out, get him drunk and thrown in jail." Dean's grin became tight.

Chuck smirked. "Technically he was the one who punched the guy so he landed me in jail. I just took him out and got him drunk."

"He only punched a guy to save your hide," Dean countered. "Again."

"Doesn't change the fact that it was him that actually did the brawling part of our public brawling charge," Chuck told him. "Not that I minded it. It was fun to see little Sammy come out of his boring shell and be interesting."

Dean crossed his arms and tried very hard not to think about the satisfying splat Bass would make if he tossed him off the roof. "We had a discussion a while back about Sammy and how he was off limits."

"And Sam told me that he can talk to whomever he wants," Chuck said. "He's the one who kept checking up on me after your psycho axe murderer thing."

"Y'know, only you could actually make me wish I'd had better aim with that axe," Dean observed.

"Oh, so I'm the only one that can get under your skin? I'm flattered," Chuck said with a condescending smile.

"Don't be. Plenty of things can get me riled up. Those though are usually on my 'okay to kill' list. Comparison to a demon isn't exactly a compliment, Bass."

"Says you," Chuck said. "I don't really mind it. I tend to get the Satan comparisons more often, though."

Dean snorted. "That's because you've never met the real thing."

"Nor do I intend to," he said. Like he was dumb enough to actually go out looking for crap like that.

"So are you going to get to the part where you threaten me any time soon?" Chuck asked. "Really, the anticipation is killing me."

"I was thinking I might skip that and just get to the throwing you off the roof bit."

Chuck smiled at him. "Uh-huh. You've got me shaking with fear. Really."

"Hey, you're the one that came up here and started talking to me," Chuck said. "It's your own damn fault if you get pissed."

Chuck rolled his eyes. "This whole tough guy thing is getting real old, you know."
