Halls Of The Dorms, Saturday Night

Savannah... had gotten lost, but she was would tell you that she knew exactly where she was.

Maybe.

However, she couldn't find anyone else that she knew.

Which would be why a four year old witch was wandering the halls of the dorms. She was looking on each floor for people because she couldn't remember where certain people lived.

"Johnny!" "Summer!" "K-Mart!" "Mommy!" "Sean!"

She was calling out every name she could think of as she walked up and down the halls and up and down the stairs.

Mac poked her head out of her doorway at the noise, using the doorframe as a leaning post as she did so. It was about all that would be stopping her from falling over.

"Hi!"

Johnny was standing in the hallway on the second floor, pulling out all sorts of prized possessions from his two front pockets.

He could hardly be distracted but answered her anyway. "What?"

Savannah stopped and smiled. "Hi Mac!"

"Whatcha doin'?" she asked, moving into the hallway itself, which was a little more stable for her at the very least.

"There you is!" She shouted, running to him, her bag following along behind her. "I couldn't finded you."

"Looking for you," she said with a smile. "I thought everyone was gone."

"I was rights here all along." No he wasn't.

He was looking down at his wiggly worms.

Mac shook her head. "Nooooope," she said, grinning at Savannah. "I'm here! And Poe."

Poe was probably even less impressed than usual, what with having a seven year old owner for the day.

Summer heard someone calling her name, so she went to inspect. She broke out into a big smile when she saw her Savannah. "Hi hi hi, Savannah!"

K-Mart had decided in her infinite four-year-old wisdom that Dahlia was a stupid name, which was why she liked K-Mart. She didn't know why, she just did.

"Who's dat?" K-Mart called, trudging down the hallway cheerfully.

Savannah clapped. "Yay! I was worried."

Her lower lip quivered.

"I thoughts I losted you."

"Summer!" Savannah ran to her and hugged her.

He looked up at that, his blue eyes intent on her face. For a four year old, Johnny could be very serious.

"You never losted me. Ever. I was right with you all along." It made sense in his head.

"Don't need to be," Mac said with a nod.

"You want to pet my lemming?" she offered, sticking her hand into the pocket of her hoodie to produce said lemming.

Peter followed the sound of somebody making noise. "Hi!"

"Okay." Pause. "Whassa lemming?"

That must have made sense to her, too, because she gave him a sweet smile.

Savannah looked in the direction of the voice. "Hi!"

Mac de-tangled him from her pocket, and held Poe up proudly. "That."

Poor, manhandled Poe.

"He's ad'rable," she said, reaching out to pet him gently.

He grinned back, poking out his tongue before he extended his wormy hand to her. "Wants one? I picked them today from the ground. They're alive and movin'."

"Do you need help?" Peter asked. He liked helping people.

Johnny suddenly thought chasing girls with worms would be fun. It's why when he saw her, he lifted two high in the air and started skipping towards her.

"Lookit! They're gonna get you!"
