Rec Room - Early Monday Afternoon

What's worse than Chuck Bass? Five of his children in one room together. It was like a congealed ball of concentrated evil. It was surprising that there wasn't any ambient fog or evil music playing or anything to signal what was in the rec room. Well there was music playing, but that was more Mary's doing than actual evil.

There wasn't evil plotting or maniacal laughter going on at the moment. They were just doing what you expected most Bass children did with their free time.

Mostly it consisted of fighting with each other and eating cookies.

[Yep, all 5 of them are in there. For myself, parents of the evil kids, other kids, other adults, whoever wants to talk to the little brats. And this is the most childlike icon I have so shut up]

"Well, if the kid's Angela's, he's going to get along with everyone," Hannibal said. "Fact of life."

"Yeah, he gets along with everyone save for you and Dean," Chuck noted.

"He gets along fine with me," Hannibal said, snickering. "He just likes calling me names. Those are your genes in there, Chuck. Aren't you proud?"

"From what I've seen I am the father of the coolest kids on the island," Chuck said. "So, yeah, I guess I am proud."

"And some of the meanest," he said, shaking his head. "But, I bet that's what makes you proud."

"I don't want to be the parent of a bunch of pussy kids," Chuck said. He was more like Bart than he ever wanted to give credit for. "If that means they're less-than-friendly then that's fine with me."

"Awww, is that some daddy-ness I see you in, Chuck?" Hannibal asked.

"Fuck you, I'm a great dad," Chuck said, hoisting up Nate a bit. "I'm not going to be ashamed of it."

He just wished his own dad was here to see how awesome he was. And then Chuck would rub it in his face.

"Chuck, that was a compliment," he said, snickering. "Your ears must be filled with dirt from your kids."

"You come off like a douchebag when you compliment people," Chuck told him. "And my kids are clean, thank you."

Very clean. Almost prissy, actually. Wonder who they got that from.

"A compliment's a compliment, asshole," Hannibal said, smiling. "And, according to your kids, Dean's the douche."

"Dean is a douche," Chuck and Nate said at the same time.

"Aw, look at that, something all three of us agree on," Hannibal said, grinning. "Sometimes, people can come together for the greater good."

Chuck smirked. "Just don't be too loud about that around Mary. The kid is going to need enough therapy as it is."

"At least her dad is rich enough to pay for it," Hannibal said.

"She claims to be the most well-adjusted person in our family," Chuck said. "I'm not buying it when this family of hers consists of me, Dean and Sam."

Chuck stared for a moment. "You have a sick and twisted mind."

"You didn't think of it once?" Hannibal asked, laughing. "I refuse to believe that."

"God, no! Why would I think of that?" he asked. "I don't even know how Mary happened."

Okay...he had a guess. But he was not mentioning what that guess was.

"C'mon, you can't doubt that you and Sam and Dean would make a pretty kid," he said. "But it'd have one helluva personality."
