Third floor common room [afternoon]

It was chilly and cloudy--not ideal tanning conditions--so Claudia wandered into the common room with her giant makeup case and haircare supplies.

She stuck a poster on the wall:

"GET A MAKEOVER BEFUR YOU'RE PARENTS ARRIVE. FAKE TATTOO'S WILL REALLY FREAK 'EM OUT!"

She flipped to some random soap opera and waited to see if anyone would take her up on her offer.

"Because wow was he incredibly unobservant," Claudia said, laughing. "That'd be great television!"

"It would!" Toby agreed. "And there could be like, a whole month on the boyfriend trying to come to terms with his SO's new body."

"And just when it'd get to the good part of their reconciliation, they'd go to a commercial break," Claudia sighed.

"On a Friday." Toby added. "Miley, soaps are so evil."

"That's why we keep watching," Claudia said. "Oh, look! Your boys are finally back on!"

"Dude, I don't care what Kevin says, Colt is so much hotter. There is a reason he was named after a horse thing."
