So, Hannibal had been having a rough few days lately. Things had improved, thankfully, and he was able to get himself back on track. After his one and only class (where he'd gotten a trophy!), he'd gone to the mainland and got that much talked about haircut. Nothing drastic, just a trim to keep it off his ears, neck and eyes (and to not give off the mountain man vibe what with the beard he hadn't shaved yet) but still noticeable. After that, he'd come back to the island and debated going back to bed. Eventually, he'd passed that up for something a little more social.

And that was how he came to be attempting to make some kind of grilled cheese sandwich concoction while listening to things go boom on the television. If he managed to not burn the common room down with his cooking, maybe he'd take a nap on the couch. Who knew? The afternoon was young, still.

"I don't know; some of those hand held camera ones can be good," Chuck said. "It's like watching a dirty documentary."

"You sound like you have experience," Hannibal said, narrowing his eyes. "Have you ever taped yourself with someone?"

"Not yet. I've always wanted to though," he said. "Leaking a sex tape on the Internet is a great way to piss someone off."

"Think Dean would let you?" Hannibal wondered.

"Huh. I don't know. Maybe. He wouldn't like me insinuating he was too much of a pussy to do it but, then again, his stepmother is the principal," Chuck said. "Christ, that video would get a fuckload of hits."

"Imagine if Sam saw it," Hannibal added.

"Please, like he surfs for porn," Chuck said. "He felt guilty looking at the girls at Victrola."

"Surfing, probably not but I'm sure a link could just show up in his email one day," Hannibal said innocently. "Mark it as something geeky and he'd click it without a second thought."

"Well in that case I'm pretty sure he'd spend a couple minutes trying to confirm if that was really Dean and then he'd die," Chuck said, laughing.

"I don't know how a teenage guy doesn't surf for porn," he said, shaking his head. "He's not a spinster or something like that. And it's not cheating."

"I don't know either. It's just not healthy," Chuck decided. "He's going to snap and mow some people down one day. I'm calling it right now."

"That's a frightening thought," Hannibal said and shivered. "I'd say start him out slow with like underwear catalog models but if he's freaking out at burlesque then that won't work either."

"I've won some battles in the war of trying to get him to loosen up but it's not easy," Chuck said. "He's whiny even when he's drunk."

God knows why Chuck was attracted to the idiot.

"Hey, the fact that you're putting so much work into it seems to say you think he could be a lot more fun if he loosened up," Hannibal said.

Chuck shrugged. "Maybe. Could also be because I haven't found anyone better to bother yet."

"New kids in a few weeks," he reminded Chuck. "Maybe you'll get someone there. Or maybe Sam's your one true love."
