The Salle, Monday Evening
Hiding out for a few days hadn't done her training any favors, so Tahiri decided to fix that problem and headed down in the evening with both her lightsaber and a remote. Putting a sign on the door to warn people of live (if low-level) fire, she set the remote to an intermediate setting, closed her eyes, and fell into the routine, deflecting stun blasts into the walls and ceiling with more frequency than she missed, though the occasional muttered curse slipped out when one of them got past her guard and left her shaking out a numbed arm or leg.
She was getting better, but she really could stand to improve more than that.
[OOC: Open, of course --SP as I head home but around after that.]

This resulted in some wide-eyed (if quiet) staring when he slipped into the salle.

"Hey," she said over the hum of her lightsaber before she deactivated that too.

"I don't spar with anyone," he says quietly. "I tried once... We nearly killed each other."
Pause.
"When I say 'fast,' I mean very fast. My school emphasises speed and technique over brute force."

He'd rather not accidentally kill someone.
