Third Floor Common Room, Tuesday Night - CANDY PARTY

Shilo had Frooties, Blo-Pops, Tootsie Rolls, and Starbursts out in bowls, and had stocked the fridge full of sodas and juices. She had a selection of ~~meta for~~ Disney movies to pick from.

The Candy Party was on a roll.

Hand over your bag of candy and grab a bowl to fill up with ~~moddable~~ treats!

None of them feature any kind of real world violence that might have been seen in the AU.

She also has her laptop if people just want to watch stupid videos on Youtube instead.

The real world can bite me, I am all funned out.

Okay, yeah. Like Turtle was going to be able to say no and miss something like a party involving a lot of therapeutic candy. She didn't need the therapy personally, but...candy.

Turtle had easily supplied a few bags of her favorites from the store: Snickers (http://www.candydirect.com/Store/Detail.aspx?id=12692), Cow Tails (http://www.oldtimecandy.com/cow-tales.htm), and, of course, essential for getting people to groan at the lame jokes, Laffy Taffy (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laffy_Taffy).

There wasn't enough money in the world to make Alex miss out on the party. Especially when it involved candy.

Alex added some rock candy (http://www.rockcandy.com/1what.html), M&M's (http://www.candy.org/cleanimages/candybars/mmdark.jpg) and sour patch watermelon (http://farm1.static.flickr.com/43/100186896_b46e7fd4b6.jpg) to the table.

No matter the circumstance, Emma wasn't one to pass up free candy. She was more than willing to hang out in her former common room and chat with people, especially if it meant not being alone with her thoughts.

Valentine really had been developing a sweet tooth while she was here, so she decided she might as well get some socializing in with the whole deal, too. She'd spent the week as a cat, so she was kind of all about being more human right now.

Valentine also came bearing gifts of chocolate squares (http://www.ghirardelli.com/products/squares.aspx), half of which she intended to eat all her own.

Jen showed up, happy to have something to mingle and meet more fellow students before the fall and there was a whole new batch of people to learn.

Leda had spent the day sleeping off the previous day's binge. Sugar was probably the last thing she needed right now. Not that that would stop her from partaking in some chocolate.

She'd been saving the Elven Chocolate for a special occasion. This counted. She'd even remembered to bring the non-narcotic bag. The magic in it was that it would never go bad, or melt before it's time. And there were many flavors.

Jen had brought a bag of dark chocolate Reese's mini peanut-butter cups. They were delicious.

Annja was told she needed to meet more people, so this candy party sounded like a very good way to do it.

Annja brought caramels, coconut haystacks in different flavors, and pixy sticks to add to the candy bowls.

Sure parts of this movie (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WMnzmIuDELY&feature=PlayList&p=E690D8369EE75295&playnext=1&playnext_from=PL&index=51) might be spooky, but Leda loved it. And when the ghost fell ~~8:00~~, she completely lost it at the sound he made.

Penelope was certainly not going to miss out on a candy party.

"Hi Turtle." Leda greeted her, somewhat blearily. "What'd you bring?"

Leda blinked in surprise and confusion when she spotted Annja, but managed a weak wave.

"Did I meet you yet?" Leda asked Jen. She wasn't fully awake yet. The hangover wasn't helping.

Robin had gone out to get some candy for the party, and showed up, ready to mingle and hope to god no one thought he was imaginary. Or screamed.

Wow this bag of Peanut Butter Cups was heavy. But he managed to haul it up onto the table anyhow.
