Fourth floor common room- Sunday night

Bored and hungry, Mirax had wandered out to the common room, where a short search of the kitchen led to finding a recipe, which in turn led to a trip into town to get supplies because once you saw something like that, you had to make it. You just had to.

It was almost done by now, so Mirax kept going to the fridge to check on it, like that would make it be done faster. There was TV on in the background for noise, but she had her priorities here and the TV wasn't it.

"Right," Bobby nodded, rummaging through the cupboards for just that. "Okay, I'm ready. Pie me!" He held out his plate and then added a rather sheepish "Um. Please."

Mirax laughed, putting the piece on his plate. "There. You'd been pied. Happy?"

"Extremely," Bobby said, saluting her with his fork. "And see, this is precisely the sort of thing that wouldn't have been possible had you been turned into a cat or something, so once again I must be grateful that you've so far remained you-shaped."

"Me too," she agreed. "Because then you would have had to wait till I'd been de-catted, and that's a weird thing to wait for."

"And hard to judge, because it's not like the thing on Friday where it's always just one day. Everyone I've spoken to was an animal for different lengths of time," Bobby pointed out.

Yeah, that was definitely a smile from Mirax. "I missed you as a girl, didn't I?"

"Yeah, I um... kinda spent most of the day in my room till it was pretty late?" Bobby admitted sheepishly.

"I'm so sorry, I would have visited!" She really would have.

"I took a couple pictures," he admitted. He still wasn't entirely sure why he'd done so. Wasn't like he could show anyone back home, after all.

"Do I get to see?" she asked, smiling cutely.

"Um," Bobby's cheeks coloured slightly. "Sure? I mean, if you want."

"I think it would be best for everyone," Mirax said with a decisive nod.

"As long as everyone else doesn't get to see," Bobby insisted.

"Anyone else who gets to see should get to ask just like I did," she said. "When can I see them?"

"Sometime this week?" Bobby said. "I mean, whenever's good for you. Tomorrow I've got two classes but that's like, my one busy day. I'm good for the rest of the week," he babbled.
