Third Floor Common Room, Tuesday Evening
As promised, on Tuesday evening Kate came to the common room, armed with a soda bottle, chocolate, some fruit that she still had from the luau, and a dvd copy of meta forThe Breakfast Club.
She had chosen the movie after careful consideration from a vast array of high school movies. It seemed to be the best one when it came to showcasing the stereotypes she had lived with at her old school. And it had a young Judd Nelson, which didn’t hurt, either.
Kate set up the dvd, grabbed the remote, and sat down on the sofa with the best view of the TV. Then she munched idly on pieces of exotic fruit while she waited for Leto.
[OOC: Kate is here to watch the movie with Leto, but she’s completely botherable, and the post is of course open for all your common room evening needs!]

So she watched the movie in silence, trying to ignore that she felt a little awkward now. In the movie, the kids - who were slowly starting to be friendly with each other - had snuck out of the library and were running around the school, trying not to get caught by the principal.

"Someone at the school should have thought of this method to overcome the enmity," Leto commented as he watched the movie. He reached for a glass and filled it from the soda bottle.

"Maybe some school somewhere has tried it," she mused. "The film's 25 years old, and pretty influential, so I wouldn't be surprised. Could you pour me some of that too?"

A certain future emperor liked the idea of social experiments. He grinned at Kate. "Unfortuantely we don't have the power of a principal here."

"Do we even have people like these stereotypes at this school?"

"I could easily be the freak, I've done it before. But I'm sure we could find bigger freaks."

He reached for some chocolate, making his body compensate for this enormous intake of sugar.
"Why would it end badly for me? I cold arrange it secretly."

She glanced at TV, while the criminal fell through the ceiling and back into the library where all the other kids were sitting. He remarked he'd forgotten his pencil.

"Anyone else you would consider for this position?"

"I think I'd pick Tybalt. He has a serious attitude problem."

Because he would be good to have in any experiment like this.

"But then there's the popular people, the princess and the jock," she added, looking thoughtful. "Hannibal might make a good jock. Although he seems like he would get along with everyone, ever."
