Fight Club being canceled for the evening, Dinah decided to step up her workout that afternoon. After a session with the weights, she was now pummeling the punching bag. Kick-punch-strike, punch-punch-punch-kick!

Hm. And maybe some TK weight lifting when she was done with this.

Dinah gave him a sideways look. "Why did you want to leave them, again?"

"It's not that I wanted to leave them, Dinah," Cal explained. "It's just that I had to. I had to come back to school."

"Awwwww!" Dinah stopped swinging to give him Sad Eyes, and intone, "And we're so glad you did, Cal. We're here for you in your time of suffering and separation. Because you picked us over Turkish harem girls who could kick your ass. And we know how you love that."

Dinah cracked up. "Whatever floats your boat, dude." She shook her head. "If they follow you here, we'll protect your honor, don't worry."

"That's another thing about Fandom girls I like," Cal decided. "Those harem girls. If Ino showed up trying to kill me because I didn't come back, they'd probably let her."
