[I...burned cookies by cooking them a few minutes too long. But just the bottom of the cookie, and...I removed the burned parts with a cheese grater. Couldn't tell the difference!]

Oh yes indeed. Jack whose gourmet choices probably included hot dogs on a stick and pizza rolls, and Eleanor who couldn't cook anything other than bland watery leftover stew teaming up to do a cooking club.
