Girls with Guns [Wednesday after classes]

"I know you're all familiar with them by this point, but I'm still going to talk about pistols today." She drew the one from her shoulder holster. "Pistols are small, portable, and quite deadly. They don't have the range of a rifle, or even an SMG, but it turns out that most firefights take place at ranges so short that a pistol is plenty effective. The low weight, quick handling, and ease of concealment mean that no matter what else you're carrying, you might as well carry a pistol too."

"Yep. That's pretty much it. I won't bore you with all the reasons some people prefer them as primary weapons. Suffice to say that for quite a few situations a pistol is the best choice."

Triela grinned. "So it's a good thing you're learning to use them, huh?"

"You d-don't think people should, in part, anyway?"

"For the things which they can control, sure," Triela allowed with a nod. "But no one can, or should, control everything." It'd probably make for boring people.

Not that it stopped loads of villains from trying.

"I don't think anyone could," she opined. "Even if you had power over it."

"Good point," Triela nodded. "It'd be hard to keep all that in your head."

"And you'd have to c-constantly be checking on it, because things will happen as they... come."

"Yeah," Triela laughed. "Good thing we don't have to deal with that, huh?"

Hinata laughed softly.

"I would hate to th-think of what sort of world we'd come up with."

Yeaaaah.

"It would be pretty fun for a couple of days, though, I bet."

"For us or f-for the people who had us running their lives?" she laughed. "We could t-take it in turns? While I sleep you could r-run it, perhaps?"

"Hmm... your plan has merit." Triela tapped her chin thoughtfully. "How do we go about pulling it off, then?"

[Aaaand I sleep! G'night, snowflake!]

"The Danger Shop m-might be a start," she suggested mildly. "It controls reality within that room, right? If we could figure that out..."

Hinata would never ever have said any of that if she was serious.

[NIIIIGHT!]

"Oh, good idea," Triela declared. "So how do we take over the Danger Shop?"
