3rd Floor Common Room [Sunday Afternoon]

Bobby's ability to somehow procure massive amounts of food had not deserted him, as evidenced by the fact that currently in the common room there was one (1) Bobby Drake, a stack of the last three (3) issues of Rebel Justice Unleashed and one dozen (12) pizzas of various varieties.

The common room was open and Bobby was perfectly willing to share... the pizzas, that is. Persuading him to share comic books might be a more difficult task.

[ooc: bored. avoiding doing anything resembling something productive, at least until I have to go back to school tomorrow.]

"Did he tell you that or are you just a really good guesser?" Zayne asked.

"He pointed you out," Leia said with a laugh. "He said you're from another galaxy as well."

Part of her wanted to add If you're related to me, just tell me now.

Someone he didn't need to explain other galaxies to! That made Zayne glee internally a little bit. "I am. It's the same one as Jaina and Ben and Tahiri, if you've met any of them," Zayne said. "But I'm from some time in their ancient history, however that works."

"Then you're from the same one as I am," Leia said. "I'm related to Jaina and Ben." She still couldn't bring herself to say "Jaina is my daughter" easily because she was younger than said daughter.

"Oh! Jaina told me about you," Zayne said. "It's nice to meet you. Nice and a little strange, no offense intended."

"So is being from our ancient history," Leia said, studying Zayne. "Do you know how long ago? How did you end up here?"

"A few thousand years," Zayne said. "We've never been able to figure out exactly how many. Apparently nothing that's happening in the galaxy right now makes it into your histories." He shrugged. "As for your other question, my Jedi Master sent me here as part of my training."

Now that definitely perked Leia up. "You're a Jedi?" she said.

"Not yet," Zayne said. Or maybe ever. But hopefully it wouldn't come to that. "I'm just a Padawan right now."

"I wish you were from my time," Leia sighed. "We could use the help of the Jedi again."

"Not trying to be too modest, but you'd be better off with the help of a better Jedi than me," Zayne said. "I don't know much about your time, but I don't think I'd be able to do much to help."
