3rd Floor Common Room [Sunday Afternoon]

Bobby's ability to somehow procure massive amounts of food had not deserted him, as evidenced by the fact that currently in the common room there was one (1) Bobby Drake, a stack of the last three (3) issues of Rebel Justice Unleashed and one dozen (12) pizzas of various varieties.

The common room was open and Bobby was perfectly willing to share... the pizzas, that is. Persuading him to share comic books might be a more difficult task.

[ooc: bored. avoiding doing anything resembling something productive, at least until I have to go back to school tomorrow.]

Tony grinned. "Just wait," he said. "You'll come around." He used his magic to call a soda in from the kitchen. It flew off the counter into his hand.

Claudia eyed the movement of the soda and immediately started working out how to create the effect scientifically.

What? It was her thing.

"You and Karla share a few tricks, huh?"

"Actually, our magics are pretty different," Tony said.

Very persistent. "Right. Different power source?"

"Dunno, actually. We haven't really compared notes," Tony said.

"Then how do you know your 'magic' is so different?"

[wantstodirect]

"Point," Tony granted. "It seems different. I guess I don't know for sure."

"So maybe you guys should compare notes. Couldn't hurt, right?"

"Not a bad idea," Tony said. He grinned. "You still don't believe in any of this, do you?"

Not really, no. "Which part, that you're a wizard, or that you have no idea if yours and Karla's tricks work the same way?"

"The wizard part. The stuff about magic," Tony said.

"I don't need to believe in magic," Claudia explained. "Because I know science can do wacky-ass shit that we can't even begin to explain, yet."
