3rd Floor CR, Saturday Afternoon
It was a boring spring Saturday as Didi padded into the common room and flicked on the TV. Sports, news, bad old movie, worse old movie, sitcom rerun ... and then she found a marathon of a teen soap opera.
Those things were like crack, and she'd come in right at the middle of a dramatic babydaddy reveal scene, so Didi let it play for a while. Then a while longer. By the third commercial break, she'd made some popcorn and was shouting advice at the screen.
It was getting irritating that the characters wouldn't listen.
[OOC: Open CR. It's been forever since I posted one of these.]

She was right about the dorms feeling a bit lonely though. He was just glad he'd found others who remained. "I suppose we don't have to be lonely for awhile, then, right? There's a person on the television to yell at."

harasshang out with at the moment, so he headed to the common room in search of people. And found shouting."It's nice to know I'm not the only one who does that," he commented as he found a place to sit.

She flopped down onto a couch and just let out a happy sigh.
"It is wonderfully calm this weekend."

So he was here, pouring himself a giant bowl of cereal for a snack. "Is this the sort of show I need a primer?" he wondered. "Or is just jumping in going to work?"

She eyed his snack. "Is there a lot of cereal left?"
no subject
"You wanted some?" he asked.
