Main Campfire, All Day Thursday
There was a pretty, pink princess at the main campfire today.
And because even the influence of powerful hallucinogens didn't change things like highly competitive natures, Princess Cara was the prettiest, pinkest princess of them all.
Shy, demure, but ever so chipper, loving, and positive-thinking, she danced lightly around the campfire, requiring only tiny birds or small, fuzzy animals to sing with to complete the picture of perfectDisney princess-hood.
[Open. So very, very open.]

"Morning, sirrah, and a good one I'm sure," she recited with a curtsey. "Though we should hope the weather'll endure."

"I pray that the Creator would not be so mean,
This fabric is so terribly hard to clean."

Princess Cara averted her eyes and hid behind her fan. "Upon my girlish ignorance I don't care to dwell,
But this Shakespeare fellow's name does not ring a bell."

"The cause of your concern I can't divine,
But I assure you, I'm feeling fine."
no subject
He snapped his fingers. "This is one of those gremlin bites, isn't it?"
no subject
"If you were to ask, I'd say I really do think,
That a lady can never wear too much pink."
If Peter had cared to look at the hand holding the fan, he might have noticed two neat semi-circles of red-marks peeking though the lace covering her wrist.

"Okay, I'm starting to feel like I should be wearing a frilly collar and alassing poor Yorrick," he said, sighing a bit. "As much as I'm finding your company particularly entertaining, I think I'm going to go get coffee before I start losing what precious little grip on my sense of reality that I still have."

As far as Princess Cara was concerned, it earnt him another curtsey and couplet.
"I bid you farewell, then, kind sir,
Your quest, I would not deter."

The entire way, he really wished he'd had one of those phones that can record video.

He smiled and waved; she looked passing familiar, but she was usually dressed in clothes that were not very very pink.

"I am James," he said, with a little bow.

She curtsied in return. "Princess Cara, and if I might be so bold to declaim,
That it is my pleasure to met you, Sir James."

Only so many things will fit in a girl's mind."
Cara was going to hate everything once the gremlin bite wore off.
no subject
James would be well warned that a not-pink not-princess might be out for him.
[SP! Off to work]

"But men are clever, brilliant, and ever so smart,
Women are flighty, foolish, ruled from the heart."
Especially if Cara didn't find the gremlin that had let her ditzier side out to play.
[Bye!]

actually Disneyprincess to stumble upon as she went out to explore for a bit. Not literally stumble, of course; Ariel had gotten much more used to her feet now, so much so that they seemed almost natural.Dancing, light as it was, was definitely reason to pause a bit and tilt her head, smiling admirably at the other girl as she tried to figure out the beat in her head and wonder if she wouldn’t mind like-minded company.
Oh, and, dressed in pink herself, she really loved that dress.

more she was going to want to kill something when this wore offmerrier!Especially if said like minded company was female, because then they could braid each other's hair and giggle about boys!
no subject
Well, after digging around through trash and defying her father, of course.
She smiled at the other girl, waving a hand a little, and then swaying her head a little to the unheard music that the girl was lightly dancing to. She would love to actually start up with singing something; it seemed like a perfect singing moment, but, of course, she had no voice.
But maybe with the right encouragement, the other girl would start in. She seemed like she might be a singer…

Smiling back at the other girl, and dancing with a touch more vigour, Princess Cara started singing. There were no actual words, but it was a nice enough melody.
no subject
She really wished she could sing along; words to go along with it were just popping into her head like second nature, but alas! There could still be dancing, though, so Ariel picked up her skirt a little and started in, somehow just innately knowing what to do to match her steps to the other girl's.
no subject
She so preferred female dancing partners, very few males were gentlemen and for some unfathomable reason instead tried some kind of inappropriateness.
no subject
She had to applaud the other girl a little, as well. She was a wonderful dancer, and this was an excellet way to get a day started!
no subject
As far as she was concerned, there really was no better way to start your day than singing and dancing. Unless there were dashing young men to swoon over.

"Hi!" Robin waved.

"By the Creator, a talking frog,
Whatever are you doing out of your bog?"
Not that she thought he'd actually just come from a swamp, there just weren't a whole lot of words that ended in 'og'.
no subject
"I wanted to see the world." he answered. Most frogs, even Muppet ones were content to stay down home in the swamp, but not he. "So my parents sent me to this school."
no subject
Truly you are not ordinary amphibian."
What with the talking and being made of felt.

But what exactly is a Muppet?"
