Main Campfire [evening]

Tonight, Puck was bored. But at least he wasn't so bored that he had gotten drunk in his alcove. Instead, he was the kind of bored that involved fire.

So much better, really.

He'd gotten food this time -- hot dogs and marshmallows and other things that could be put on sticks not di -- oh, hell, with him it probably is and since it was a nice warmish night, he'd just thrown on a wifebeater and jeans before setting to making the fire and lounging in front of it.

"Do you trust him?" Puck replied. Because if he was living with a girl, especially one as cute as Kate? He would be all over that.

"Bobby?" Bod paused and then nodded. "I do. He has a girlfriend and I think their relationship is strictly friendly. I trust her."

Puck took a moment to remember who Bobby was, and then gave a little laugh. "Yeah, I think you're okay there." Bobby was way more the type that girls usually thought were 'Aww adorable' rather than 'Please get in me,' in Puck's experience. "Okay so you put a sock on your door so your roommate doesn't come in, and get a ton of candles. Chicks love candlelight."

"Candles, right." So far, this didn't sound awful. He could do candles. "That's easy enough."

"And you should get a bunch of roses and throw the petals all over," Puck said. "All artistically. And then wait with one of them for her. And be in your underwear."

Puck was sort of a closet romantic. He just had trouble phrasing it.

"Seduce her with your bod, Bod," Puck said, proud of that little pun. "If she sees all this romantic shit on top of you being shirtless and ready for her? She'll be putty in your hands."
