Fourth Floor Common Room | Saturday Morning | 6/26/2010

Peter was deliberately trying to ignore the fact that he seemed to be plastic. He didn't want to deal with that.

It was, however, making sipping his coffee a problem. As he sat in the common room, Dirty Jobs on the TV, he couldn't help but wonder if he was going to accidentally melt something.

That would be terrifying.

He was avoiding thinking of a lot of things, right now. There was only so much the sane human mind could deal with.

Right, he hadn't seen Del dressing properly, talking with a lot of sense, and being responsible and logical. So normal it was slightly creepy.

"Plastic, um, suits you." Hey, it was true!

There was a giggle, Del leaning slightly, hands on her back. "A badawfulterrible habit?"

"Endless. And sometimes...and sometimes not."

"Noooo", replied Del, not getting the joke. Or the snark. Peter looked overall cute in plastic, even with snark. "I am an Endless. You asked." Like, hello, and the crazy one was her.

"Ah, that." Del took a moment to remember what her siblings had said about it. "Well...we don't end; we, um, exist because deep within people know we exist. We...eh...um...well..." Ugh, Didi would know what to say. Or what not to say, for all that mattered.

"But we are all special! Death, Dream, Destiny, Desire, Despair, Destruction and meeeeee Delirium." Insert big smile here.

Del nodded. And then she nodded some more. She then leaned to whisper on his...plastic ear? He didn't seem to have those, but whatever, she was whispering.

"Older than, um, the Earth. Not thing one...eeeeeh, this one too."

That led Delirium to...shrug.

"I was looking for Death, , and then...I decided to stay? Can't really leave?" She didn't want to leave anyway, she was having fun. "It's kinda fun~"

Well, a crazy person in a crazy school? Perfectly logical, in a crazy way.

She shrugged again. "Humans aren't supposed to understand. They would go crazy...my people." She then waved a hand in the air, making several cards appear. "Hadn't you seen it before?" Like, when they first met?

She frowned at him not remembering (and also ignoring her obviously wonderful trick, which just vanished), but smiled at the second half. "I'm all over the maaaaaaaaaaap~!!" Easily distracted, she was.

"You really are interesting."

There was an enigmatic grin on her face now. And her eyes...a bit creepy, mind you. Her voice got a weird echo-like quality as well,

"I could, yes, showyshow...but not right now." She nodded. "Later, if you want, you'll see. You'll see? If you want."

Big, creepy smirk. ""
