3rd Floor Common Room / July 17 / Morning

Azula was feeling strangely out of sorts, she rose early and found the walls of her room too... closed in. She left the room and entered the common room, brewed tea and opened the television shifting from one channel to another getting more and more annoyed.

"Isn't there anything good in this thing?"

(Open!)

Oftentimes, Jonas disagreed with Azula's statement because he could find anything fascinating. Right now, he was wandering into the common room and glancing at the television as he did.

"What's wrong with this?" he asked hesitantly, giving Azula a brief wave as he did. "Not interesting?"

"That's unfortunate," Jonas said, frowning. "Perhaps something better will come along later. I've found that it can't stay uninteresting for too long."

"Oh, yes please," Jonas said, sliding into a seat and sighing. He had no visitors this weekend and he was very grateful about that. Seeing people from the Community would have been difficult.

"How are you this morning?" he asked, remembering his manners. "Besides upset with the television?"

"Yes, please. Sugar's good," he said, showing off the signs of his growing sweet tooth. "Did you not have any visitors arrive this weekend either? No one came from me and I'm grateful for that, actually."

"No one and I'm glad for that," he said, taking the cup with a nod. "I wouldn't know what to say to anyone from home. I didn't leave under the best of circumstances."

"No, it's quite good," he said, giving her a small salute with it. "I'm not a routine tea drinker so I'm most appreciative when I do get to drink it. I'm used to water and hot chocolate."

"Forgive this silly question but can chocolate be added to tea?" Jonas asked, curious. "I don't come from a place with tea and I'm still learning the various ways things can be made."

"I don't know if the tastes would go together," he said as he sipped the tea. "It might go well with coffee but I don't think tea's quite the drink that chocolate could get added to. It'd dilute it, I think."

"I think chocolate's better suited for candy," he said and grinned. "It's quick becoming a favorite of mine. My teeth probably hate me for that but I can't help myself."

"Does that mean you listen to your own advice?" Jonas asked, smiling a bit.

"So, you never give yourself bad advice?" he wondered. "I think that's true of everyone, giving bad advice. No one's perfect."

"I haven't tried a lot but I've found I like things with caramel and peanut butter," Jonas said, nodding. "And gum. Mint flavored gum is something I've also come to like. What about yourself?"
