When the reserves group gathered behind the dorms today, they'd notice that Zack and Kennedy had gone to the trouble of putting up quite the elaborate setup for the meeting today. It was a little too sunny for Maladicta, unfortunately, so the leadership was temporarily down to two. This, of course, wasn't about to stop them.

"Hey, guys! We're going to be doing some simple exercises to help with agility and surefootedness today! We've whipped up a little bit of an obstacle run to give you guys some practise." Zack grinned as he put his hands on his hips and looked over at the... well, actually, it was a bit of a mess, that they'd set up on the lawn. A bunch of garbage bags had been laid out end to end and soaked with water, and on top of them every now and then there sat tires of varying sizes. Like a slip-and-slide that seemed to exist just to send you tripping into things.

Which was totally safe, right?

Completely! If you asked Kennedy, anyway. However reassuring that might be.

She gestured with one arm at the obstacle course, which-- if you thought it resembled a giant pizza made of plastic and rubber, guess what had inspired the whole thing? "So hopefully you guys don't mind getting a little soaked, 'cause I think it might be inevitable today. Unless--" She arched an eyebrow, challenging. "Unless you're just that good, in which case, don't hog the course for people who need to work on it more. Oh, and no diving just to splash around, okay? It's not a Slip 'n' Slide."

No matter how much it resembled one.

"Keep playtime for sometime that isn't now. And try not to get hurt." Much.

Even down a leader, there's still plenty of coffee and cookies to go around.

Wesley arrived, took in the obstacle course, and groaned. Why did everyone want to test his coorfination today? Surely it was apparent by now that he was - well. Clumsy. He sighed exhaustedly and took a huge sip of coffee. Even though he didn't like it.

Alexander, of course, took to the usual cookie and coffee, but he did so with a frown. He couldn't help be concerned if everything was alright with Maladicta, but he would simply have to check in on her to ensure that she was not ill or in any other sort of distress.

Goose was there as usual and hovering towards the back of the group as per usual.

More coffee, always good. The obstacle course reminded her of Quantico, only more likely to send her on her face.

This deserved a second coffee.

...yeah, okay, it's totally a giant Slip 'n' Slide with tires on it, basically.

Run run run run-- aaaaand land on your butt. Grrr.

Scully might have been rolling her eyes after a whihle.

When they ping in, of course.

Kennedy kind of wanted to try out the thing that totally wasn't really a giant obstacle Slip 'n' Slide, yes. But she could hold off on that for now, and keep an eye on people who were sliding-- er, running the course.

Oh, Zack was totally going to give the not-really-a-Slip'n'Slide a try as soon as the meeting ended. Possibly two or three or sixteen times.

And it would be awesome.

Especially fuelled on as much coffee as he was drinking today. You could all thank Maladicta for this new and exciting caffeine addiction.

It might be a highly localized and conveniently inconvenient bright sunshine, yeah.

The sunshine likes the usual meeting spot behind the dorms!

The rest of the island can totally suffer those thunderstorms.
