Sixth Floor Slumber Party - Monday Night

It was probably a bit later than most sleepovers began once Quinn and Emma were back at the dorms and had everything in place, but Quinn had needed to work today and Emma was still skipping part of the luau to do it. Besides, everyone needed to enjoy the nice weather, right?

Everything had been set up in advance, in case anyone didn't hit the beach, but by eight Quinn was there (and Emma was close behind at nine-thirty) setting up the food and pulling out the sekkrit stash of wine coolers they'd smuggled into the dorms. No one had to drink - this wasn't that kind of party - but sometimes girls just needed to have fun.

[OOC: Party open to all the girls in the dorms! Boys who try to crash will either get thrown out or subjected to makeovers. BE WARNED.]

"Hey, Leda," Ariel smiled back a little. "How's it going?"

"It's going great! I mean, I know the warm weather probably won't last, but I'm loving it while it's here."

"Exactly," Ariel agreed with a little chuckle. "I mean, I like the snow, but the sun is better, I think. Did you go to the luau?"

"Nah, I figured one party today was enough. Specially after my combat class." This just showed how much Leda had changed since she first arrived. Only one party a day? Madness. "You?"

"Oh, like I could miss the sun for anything," Ariel said with a faint smile. "I got to break out the old seashells and everything."

"Well shit now I really wish I'd gone." Leda snickered.

"Well, now that it's warm again, I'm sure you'll be seeing them around."

Silly Ariel, with absolutely no concept of weather.

"I look forward to it. Though I have to say you look absolutely adorable in that nightie."

"OH, thank you!" Ariel beamed, looking down at it for a moment. "I got it just for tonight. I love the little whales on it. I wanted fish, and I think I'd like it better in pink, but you know."

"Hmm." Leda studied the nightie. "I don't know about the fish, but I think I can make it pink if you want."

"Oh, that's right!" Ariel gasped with realization. "You can do that whole...magic color changing thing! Could you, Leda? Please?"

"For you? Anything." Leda grinned. She studied the nightie for a moment, then muttered in Elvish. And lo did the Atlantean Princess' blue nightie turn a delightful shade of pink.
