Third Floor Common Room, Thursday Night
Alex was bored and the best cure for boredom in her mind? Chocolate.
Which was why she was currently in the common room, baking chocolate chip cookies. She'd skipped a few steps by using pre-made cookie dough but it worked just as well. Two trays were all ready in the oven and Alex decided she was going to make another few batches. The more cookies available the better.
The only problem? She was running out of baking sheets.

"Would you like any help?" he offered, once he saw the sheer amount of cookie sheets Alex had gotten out.

"That'd be awesome actually, thanks," Alex nodded, smiling warmly at him. "I don't seem to have enough hands to go around," she joked.

Hopefully not ones to turn people into cats.

Enough to feed the entire building was more like it.

"Is someone baking?" Bruce asked, stepping into the room.

"Burning cookies is something I just do not do," Alex stated. Especially when chocolate was involved.

"Ooh, cookies!" she said when she caught sight of the cookies being put on the baking sheets.

She was more than happy to share in the cookie love.

So when she smelled cookies, she was of course going to check it out.
"You better be planning on sharing those."

"That is a lot of dough," she agreed.

No, she was in the common room reading a fashion magazine and cursing James for turning her in the first place. Damn it, she missed cookies. She missed eating in general, but oh the smell of baking anything was kind of heavenly.

"I'd totally make some kind of special kind of cookie for you, if I knew of it." She was totally going to do research on that now, in case anyone was wondering. The library had to have something about that... maybe in Special Collections.

Really, with the types of students Fandom tended to have, she'd be surprised if there wasn't some kind of recipe somewhere in the library's depths.
